One of the original of the kaleidoscope series using the painting as the subject of the kaleidoscope view. Country brown eggs are an inspiration for shape and shape shifting in this work. The painting interrupts and includes itself by looking at its segments through the image-changing mirrors of the kaleidoscope. Each view is different, and the circles of the fractured images are embraced by the ribbon guiding the eye to appreciate the contrast of solid egg and shiny flat ribbon.
